Irish CSO Reports: Agricultural Price Indices - July 2014
Agricultural output price index down 2.4% in July 2014
The agricultural output price index decreased by 2.4% in July 2014 compared with June 2014. The agricultural input price index was up 0.3% over the same period. Thus, the resulting terms of trade index decreased by 2.7% in July 2014. See Tables 1, 2 and graph.
On an annual basis, the agricultural output price index in July 2014 was 9.5% lower than in July 2013. The agricultural input price index was down 4.3% in July 2014 compared with July 2013.
